Culinary

Culinary

Hi there!!! I will tell you about something mmm..... maybe not important for you but if you got a lot of time i recommended you to read this thing. Why? Because if you traveling to somewhere, you will know what-to-eat at that place. But actually, i will write about what kind of that i want to eat.
But first of all, i’ll tell you about my “taste”. I am a person that eat almost everything. But, i am very rare to say “this is tasty” or “this is good” (because i don’t like to praise people) . If i say “this is tasty” its mean “Its super very very tasty food”.  I like spicy food. And i like food with vegetables in it. Because if there’s no vegetables, i feel something missing. And this is the food that i want to eat (And Actually i never eat even one of them T_T) :
1.     Som tam, Thailand

To prepare Thailand's most famous salad, pound garlic and chilies with a mortar and pestle. Toss in tamarind juice, fish sauce, peanuts, dried shrimp, tomatoes, lime juice, sugar cane paste, string beans and a handful of grated green papaya.
Grab a side of sticky rice. Variations include those made with crab (som tam boo) and fermented fish sauce (som tam plah lah), but none matches the flavor and simple beauty of the original.
I want to eat this because this food is “seafood meet vegetables” so i think this food must be good

2.     Massaman curry, Thailand
Emphatically the king of curries, and perhaps the king of all foods. Spicy, coconutty, sweet and savory, its combination of flavors has more personality than a Thai election.
Even the packet sauce you buy from the supermarket can make the most delinquent of cooks look like a Michelin potential. Thankfully, someone invented rice, with which diners can mop up the last drizzles of curry sauce.
“The Land of Smiles” isn’t just a marketing catch-line. It’s a result of being born in a land where the world’s most delicious food is sold on nearly every street corner.
Nggg.. i like curry so i will like it :D.
3.     Bird’s Nest Soup

The key ingredient to this delicacy is a bird’s nest. Composed primarily of the hardened saliva of a male swiflet, these nests are harvested three times a year from coastal caves. The soup a Chinese delicacy has a gelatinous texture, and is made by soaking or steaming the saliva nest in water. It is an extremely expensive dish in China, with nests alone priced at $2,000 USD per kilogram.
Actually we can get the birds saliva in Indonesia. Because theres some people raising this birds.
4.     White Pizza – Old Forge Pizza (Pennsylvania, USA)

The White pizza is the one. It’s not a regular pizza you know; Old Forge White Pizza is a creamy-cheesy-and-even-heartwarming heaven in the mouth. The white pizza has a double crust, on the bottom and the top, with cheese filling. I don’t know what they do to the cheese, but it’s heavenly soft.
5.     Dolsot Bibimbap 돌솥 비빔밥 (South Korea)

Dolsot Bibimbap is a special variation of bibimbap (Korean mixed rice) that is prepared in a sizzling stone pot where the rice nestles with various mixed vegetables, raw egg and spicy red pepper paste. The stone pot is so hot that the raw egg is cooked against the side of the bowl while the bottom section of rice is coated with sesame oil rendering it a lovely crispy golden brown.

Those are the foods that i want to eat. And I wish i can eat it. And thats alll byeeeeeee!!! : ))))

My Holiday

My Holiday

Well, my holiday start from 23 december until 11 january. I spent most of my holiday at home. Yeah its quite boring too. Nggg... Actually my friend ask me to go to Maribaya. But my mother didnt gave me the pass ticket (you-know-what-i-mean). So i didn’t go to Maribaya. And my father ask me to go for hiking but it also failed. So i didn’t go anywhere this holiday and i felt so very extra boring T_T.
But I had quite a lot activities during my holiday. First, I cooked with my sister. We cooked green tea pancake (which was tasted like bala- bala, because my sister forgot to wash the frying-pan) and the next 4 days (i think) we cooked Noodles with milk. And I’m going to tell you the recipe:

Noodles with milk
(its a tasty food and im very sure you won’t regret it)

Ingredients:
  •  200 ml milk
  •  Noodles (highly recomended: kari ayam pedas taste)
  • Water

How to make:
  1. Boil the noodles in the water until it fully cook
  2.  Boil the milk until it boiling then turn off the stove
  3. Pour the noodle in to the hot milk
  4. Add the seasoning. REMEMBER, DON’T EVER USE THE NOODLES’ OIL
  5. Then enjoy your noodles with milk :))
Second, I, my little sister, and my father rode a bike in the afternoon. We rode our bike around my neighborhood and i found a little pond and a huge pond (the water are so clear) and a big river (many kids fishing in that river) and a lot of cats.

Third, I lost all of my turtle T_T. Actually i wanted to sell them (i had 2 turtle). So that means i lost my money. I wanted to sell them because i usually forgot to give them food and i got that turtle when i was 3rd grade in elementary school. My turtle lost because i put them at the garden and maybe they climbing and get out.

And yesterday i went to the mall with my family. And Thats all of my activity during the holiday. and ow i almost forgot during the holiday i playing computer games and red 2 novels such as The Silkworm by Robert Galbraith and The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken. And i hope your holiday is better than my holiday. And thank you for the people who read my blog :D. See ya!!!!!!
