Culinary
Hi there!!! I will tell you about something mmm..... maybe
not important for you but if you got a lot of time i recommended you to read
this thing. Why? Because if you traveling to somewhere, you will know what-to-eat
at that place. But actually, i will write about what kind of that i want to
eat.
But first of all, i’ll tell you about my “taste”. I am a
person that eat almost everything. But, i am very rare to say “this is tasty”
or “this is good” (because i don’t like to praise people) . If i say “this is
tasty” its mean “Its super very very tasty food”. I like spicy food. And i like food with
vegetables in it. Because if there’s no vegetables, i feel something missing.
And this is the food that i want to eat (And Actually i never eat even one of
them T_T) :
1.
Som tam,
Thailand
To prepare Thailand's most famous salad, pound garlic and
chilies with a mortar and pestle. Toss in tamarind juice, fish sauce, peanuts,
dried shrimp, tomatoes, lime juice, sugar cane paste, string beans and a
handful of grated green papaya.
Grab a side of sticky rice. Variations include those made
with crab (som tam boo) and fermented fish sauce (som tam plah lah), but none matches
the flavor and simple beauty of the original.
I want to eat this because this food is “seafood meet
vegetables” so i think this food must be good
2.
Massaman
curry, Thailand
Emphatically the king of curries, and perhaps the king of all
foods. Spicy, coconutty, sweet and savory, its combination of flavors has more
personality than a Thai election.
Even the packet sauce you buy from the supermarket can make
the most delinquent of cooks look like a Michelin potential. Thankfully,
someone invented rice, with which diners can mop up the last drizzles of curry
sauce.
“The Land of Smiles” isn’t just a marketing catch-line. It’s
a result of being born in a land where the world’s most delicious food is sold
on nearly every street corner.
Nggg.. i like curry so i will like it :D.
3.
Bird’s Nest
Soup
The key ingredient to this delicacy is a bird’s nest.
Composed primarily of the hardened saliva of a male swiflet, these nests are
harvested three times a year from coastal caves. The soup a Chinese delicacy
has a gelatinous texture, and is made by soaking or steaming the saliva nest in
water. It is an extremely expensive dish in China, with nests alone priced at
$2,000 USD per kilogram.
Actually we can get the birds saliva in Indonesia. Because
theres some people raising this birds.
4.
White Pizza
– Old Forge Pizza (Pennsylvania, USA)
The White pizza is the one. It’s not a regular pizza you
know; Old Forge White Pizza is a creamy-cheesy-and-even-heartwarming heaven in
the mouth. The white pizza has a double crust, on the bottom and the top, with
cheese filling. I don’t know what they do to the cheese, but it’s heavenly
soft.
5.
Dolsot
Bibimbap 돌솥 비빔밥 (South Korea)
Dolsot Bibimbap is a special variation of bibimbap (Korean
mixed rice) that is prepared in a sizzling stone pot where the rice nestles
with various mixed vegetables, raw egg and spicy red pepper paste. The stone
pot is so hot that the raw egg is cooked against the side of the bowl while the
bottom section of rice is coated with sesame oil rendering it a lovely crispy
golden brown.
Those are the foods that i want to eat. And I wish i can eat
it. And thats alll byeeeeeee!!! : ))))
